We use a variety of switches from the IS5025 to the 4036 switches. These work well for IPoIB.
Your original message had a confusing question. You asked "...support 40GbE IPoIB"
These are VPI cards, they can operate as either an IB card and you can run IPoIB on it, OR a 10/40GbE card. The two protocols are not compatible. The cards are standards compliant as yairi said, so you can plug the IB cards in any IB switch, likewise the 10GbE can talk to other 10GbE.
The IB switches generally talk only IB unless you get the Ethernet upgrade, and the Ethernet switches only talk Ethernet. There are a couple of exceptions, the 4036E I think can bridge IB and 10GbE but I have never tried.
