Do you have issues with a Mellanox cables between 2 Cisco switches?
I think you should contact Cisco for this issue.
Also I don't see the PN MC2209124-005 at http://www.mellanox.com/page/cables?mtag=cable_overview
Are you sure the PN is correct?
