Re: Windows Server 2012 and ConnectX cards..drivers?
I have also tried to get Windows 2012 and SRP working. I ended up reverting to Windows 2008 R2 and using a ConnectX-2 card and did successfully get this to work using the OpenFabrics drivers.

At this point, had I realized the time and expense and issues with infiniband, I would have stuck with iSCSI!!! ugh!

Apologies! I left out part of the answer from our support team: You would use the information for WinOF 4.40 support Windows 2012 Server (AKA Windows 8) on ConnectX-2.

Thanks for your reply. Windows 2012 Server is AKA "Windows 8 Server" (i.e., not "Windows 8"). Can you please confirm that I can use MLNX WinOF VPI v4.40 (for x64) and the same firmware baseline for...

Yes, but it apparently doesn't support the old connectX card. Right now i'm using the 4.2 driver to get things working. So i'm using iSCSI over IB, since I'm unable to get SRP to work with 4.2.

I believe that things are in the works to allow up to 32 VLAN-PKEY interfaces although I don't have the exact timeline when this will be made available.

Multiple PKEY to VLAN mapping will be supported probably early next year on the SX6036. We don't have exact numbers available but likely 32. The 4036E supports 64 VLAN to PKEY maps, 32 while in HA...

As Jeff mentioned, the EVB is for folks designing custom switch systems with Mellanox ASICs and is only really useful with a full SDK from Mellanox.
