It seems that your HCA is ConnectX-1. If you want to use it for test you must disable Intel VT-d on your BIOS and you can use it with latest VPI driver...:)

Can you describ your HCA's firmware version? Ethernet driver has a some issue with pseudo device on 2nd port.
